LFL FANTASY FOOTBALL RULES

The Lingerie Football League developed with Fantazzle Fantasy Games a custom game with rules and scoring that is specific to LFL Football. Let's go over all the major rules of the game.

SALARY CAP GAME

LFL Fantasy Football will use a salary cap setup meaning that you can pick any player you want, but you can't spend more than the $1,000,000 per week that you start with to build your team. Each player will cost you $X amount so you will be limited on picking the entire All Fantasy Team and will have to build your team around stars and up and coming players or "sleepers". If you don't eat/drink/sleep LFL, don't worry. You'll be provided a lot of great analysis each week to help you not only learn about the star players but up and coming "sleeper" players.

LEAGUE SIZE AND STANDINGS

LFL Fantasy Football will be you against the worldwide LFL fan nation. You will be playing against every other LFL fan that has registered to play. It will be one big public league where the team that scores the most points during the season will receive the ultimate FREE prize - an all expenses paid trip for 2 to Lingerie Bowl IX. See the prize page for more info on the Grand Prize.

SEASON AND LINEUPS

The LFL Fantasy Football season starts on August 26th with the season opener and ends with the last game of the regular season on January 21, 2012. You will be allowed to change your lineup beginning each Tuesday all the way up until the start of each LFL, Friday Night Football game. Both games will be used during weekends with double-header action scheduled four times during the year.

ROSTER REQUIREMENTS

In order to have an eligible lineup each week, you MUST fulfill the roster requirements every week before the Friday game starts. An illegal lineup results in a big 0 so fill all the positions required. Your lineup will consist of:

  • 1 Quarterback (QB)
  • 2 Running Backs (RB)
  • 2 Wide Receivers (WR)
  • 1 Offensive Flex (RB, WR, TE, or OL)
  • 2 Defensive Flex (any defensive players)

Remember, you must stay under the salary cap AND have all of these positions filled to score points. Offensive players only receive points for offensive stats and Defensive players only receive points for defensive stats.

POINT SYSTEM

All of the following points can be gained by any player at any position:

  • ANY AND ALL TOUCHDOWNS: 10 points
  • PASSING YARDS: 1 point for every 10 yards

  • PASS COMPLETION: 2 point for every completed pass
  • PASS RECEPTION: 2 point for every pass caught
  • RUSHING ATTEMPT: 1 points for every rushing attempt

(note: player position does not matter when scoring points. For example, if a running back ends up throwing a TD pass, she receives 10 points for the thrown TD, 2 points for the completed pass, and possibly points for passing yards if she accumulates more than 10 yards.)

  • 1 POINT CONVERSIONS (rushing, receiving, and passing): 1 point
  • 2 POINT CONVERSIONS (rushing, receiving, and passing): 3 points

(note: Interceptions and Fumbles Lost result in negative points; only fumbles where the defense recovers are counted; if a player fumbles, they will still receive their point(s) for the completion, reception, and rushing attempts.
